Dr. Charléne specialises in neurofeedback and brain-based coaching methodology to help individuals transform brain health one session at a time.  Neurofeedback helps clients to find balance through science-backed neurofeedback.  She helps her clients improve focus, emotional regulation, and overall mental wellness. As a certified neurofeedback practitioner with more than a decade of experience, her aim is to offer non-invasive, effective brain training that supports long-term change. Neurofeedback is a form of brain training that uses real-time feedback to help your brain self-regulate. It’s non-invasive, drug-free, and backed by decades of research. Clients often report improvements in focus, sleep, and overall mental clarity.

Dr. Charléne believes that mental wellness starts with brain health. Her approach is rooted in compassion, personalisation, and the belief that lasting change is possible. She is certified as neurofeedback practitioner through New Mind Technologies and completed her Quantitative EEG Recording and Analysis certificate through Behavioral Medicine Research and Training Foundation. She is a member of the International Society for Neuroregulation and Research (ISNR).
